INCINERATOR LICENCE

Rotting waste and decomposing plastic parts are releasing more and more greenhouse gases such as the dangerous methane. Methane is a highly effective greenhouse gas. The Earth's atmospheric methane concentration has reaching its highest value in at least 800,000 years and it accounts for 20% of the total radiative forcing from all of the long-lived and globally mixed greenhouse gases.

But that is not all what we have to take into consideration if we think about rotting waste.

Methane is full combustible with sufficient oxigen and the combustion is a multiple step reaction:

CH4 + 2 O2 → CO2 + 2 H2O (ΔH = −891 kJ/mol)

Now, despite all our concerns about the carbon dioxide that could be made usable all over the world, the focus should be on the greenhouse potential of methane, because it is already possible today to filter and store CO2 and to convert it into synthetic fuel, for example, or to supply it to plants in greenhouses. However, great efforts are still required to use these possibilities effectively. A lot of companies worldwide are working on great CO2 solutions and they need for the development of new technologies the support of the politicals and the financial markets.

Is carbon dioxide our biggest problem?
No!

Returning to the vast amounts of rotting garbage mountains worldwide, there is also a resulting methane and contamination problem.

Over a period of 100 years, methane's global warming potential is about 30 times higher than that of the same weight of carbon dioxide. Not only the atmosphere, also soil and groundwater are extremely polluted or even contaminated with any number of different pollutants.

The incineration of waste can contribute to the preservation of the environment. Unfortunately, the demand for small and medium-sized plants is high, but often no financial leeway is available.

We will give an answer to the big problem of rotting waste.

We will offer in a short term a basic model with a nominal combustion capacity of 200 kg/hour (up to 400 kg/hour) as an

Due to the increased combustion grate load, a shorter service life of the combustion grate is to be expected. However, in contrast to conventional systems, our patented grate can be replaced quickly and cheaply.


The initial equipment of all necessary technical components, such as switch cabinet, burner, thermocouples and fans can be, not must, purchased from us. But our guarantee will cover all supplied components. We will also provide a list of recommended suppliers.
